Portland, Oregon-based real estate development and financing executive Barclay Grayson has served as a senior vice president of BPM Real Estate Group since 2003. As such, he supports the group’s efforts to acquire and develop commercial real estate. Moreover, Barclay Grayson seeks out EB-5 and Opportunity Zone funding and works to secure Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification for properties that Portland-based BPM Real Estate Group constructs.

Supplementing his support of the group’s hotel acquisition and development activity, Mr. Grayson attends industry events like The Lodging Conference and the Radisson Conference. A fan of polo, he also regularly attends Polo Noir, an Oregon-based festival that offers two world-class polo matches as well as musical performances and diverse wine selections.

Mr. Grayson’s philanthropic activities include support of the Parker Bounds Johnson Foundation’s Way to Wilderness event befitting at-risk youth. He holds an MBA in finance and real estate from Columbia Business School, where he was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, and a BS in management and marketing from the University of Oregon.
